The building, cataloged and awarded, won the first prize of the annual Contest of artistic buildings, emphasizes its fantastically carved stone facade. The main entrance: stuccoed ceiling, ceramic moldings with watermarks, wrought iron doors and modernist lamps, in addition to an imposing marble staircase with a fantastic hidden inner courtyard.
